Registration is open for all incoming students of
Milford EVSD residents.
Kindergarten - 12th Grade Registration
STEPS 1-3
Step 1
Complete the "Intent" to register form. This notifies us that you are beginning the process, and we can help monitor your progress toward completion.

Kindergarten
Milford EVSD offers half-day and all-day Kindergarten options. At this time, all-day Kindergarten spots have been filled.
Half-day Kindergarten is tuition-free to all Milford EVSD residents. All-day Kindergarten is tuition-based, with a total cost of $3,150. Monthly $350.00 payments are due from September through May on the first Monday of each month.
To be eligible for Kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before September 30, 2023.

Complete FinalForms for each student that is being enrolled.
Step 3
Upload the following documents directly into the student’s Final Forms account:

Color scan/photo of the original birth certificate

Color scan/photo of parent’s driver's license

Vaccine Record
-
Court/Custody Documentation/Divorce Decree/Shared Parenting Plan (when applicable) full document, no redactions; filed and stamped.

Proof of residency

Board-approved documents include: water or electric bill (active and current, dated within the last 60 days), current lease agreement, mortgage account statement (dated within the last 60 days), property tax bill, tax statement from the Clermont County Auditor website, purchase agreement on a house that will close within the next 60 days, or a notarized document stating that you will be building in the district within the next 90 days.

Preschool Registration
Due to limited availability, Preschool /Extended Day services are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Making an appointment to register and completing FinalForms does not guarantee spots will be available.
