Board Committees

The Board of Education has several subcommittees that meet monthly to further study topics and make recommendations in several areas critical to the operations of the district. Each committee is composed of two Board members as well as district administrative staff. Committee meetings are open to the public. Meeting dates and times are subject to change (scroll down to see meeting dates). If you are interested in attending one of our Board subcommittee meetings, please call the Board Office for the meeting schedule at (513) 831-1314.

Committee Meeting Dates

  • Buildings and Grounds Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 8:30 a.m.  
  • Communication Committee: Meets the Monday after the Board Meeting at 3:30 p.m. 
  • Curriculum & Instruction Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 2:30 p.m. 
  • Finance Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 7:30 a.m. 
  • Fine Arts, Athletics, and Extracurricular Committee: Meets sporadically.  
  • Personnel Committee: Meets on the Thursday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 3:30 p.m.  
  • Policy Committee: This committee will meet in March, June, September, and December. 

All Committee Meetings are held at the Milford Administrative Offices, 1099 State Route 131, Milford, Ohio 45150.
