Vaccine Clinic April 26 at MHS

Clermont County Public Health (CCPH) is partnering with our school district to offer COVID-19 immunizations to students aged 16 and up, their families, and for any community member who wishes to receive the vaccination. The vaccination clinic will be held at Milford High School on Monday, April 26 from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The Pfizer vaccine will be given as a two-dose series, with 21 days between the first and second dose. CCPH will hold the second dose clinic on May 17 at Milford High School. Those receiving the first dose at the clinic will be automatically scheduled for their second dose. First doses will not be administered at the second dose clinic.
CCPH requires those who wish to receive the vaccination to register utilizing the ArmorVax mobile application, or call (513) 735-8500 to make an appointment. You will need to first create an account with ArmorVax - visit www.armorvax.com. Once you create an account, you will search for "Milford High School - Clermont County Public Health 4/26/21 Pfizer" to pick a time. Students under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian through ArmorVax. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to receive the vaccine.
