AP Capstone to Showcase Student Programs

AP Capstone is a two-part course consisting of AP Seminar and AP Research. On Thursday, May 3 from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Milford High School is celebrating the culmination of the year by hosting an open house highlighting our students' work.
Students in AP Seminar will share the results of their individual and team projects. Our students in AP Research spent the year designing and conducting a research study on a topic of personal interest. Students will be discussing their research projects including such topics as the impact of interior design on achievement in the classroom, colorblind casting in regional theater, the efficiency of combining green and cool roof materials, and the correlation between schizophrenia and recidivism rates.
"We would love for the Milford community to join us at this event in order to meet our students and listen to them share what they've learned," said AP Capstone teacher, Taryn Barker.
