Important Updates Regarding Admission and Supervision at MHS Varsity Home Football Games

We are making exciting progress on the new Middle School and Athletic buildings. This means that the Milford Secondary Campus is an active construction zone. As a result, Milford Schools is making some adjustments regarding admittance to and supervision at home Varsity Football games.

Supervision:

• Elementary (K-6) and Junior High (7/8) students MUST be supervised by an adult who is in attendance at the game. 
• If a student is stopped by a School Administrator or the Miami Township Police Department for not meeting behavior expectations (see below), an adult must be onsite to address and resolve the issue. 
• This may include being asked to leave the game. Should this occur, the supervising adult would be required to take all students they brought with them.
• Elementary students (Grade 6 and under) must sit with an adult.
• Jr. High parents are encouraged to sit in the newly designated Jr. Flock section of the stadium (see seating chart, below), within line of sight of the Junior High schooler(s) they brought to the game. 

Expectations Regarding Student Behavior:

• The Student Code of Conduct remains in effect at all school events, including football games.
• Students must have a seat and remain in that seat for the duration of the game, with the exception of trips to and from concessions and/or restrooms. 
• Students may NOT loiter or run around in the stadium area, the parking lot, or other areas of campus. 
• Anyone caught throwing objects, including gravel and dirt from the construction area, will be immediately ejected from the game and may be prohibited from attending games the remainder of this school year. 

Admission for Student Athletes:

• Change for this year: Youth football athletes (Grades K-6) must purchase a ticket for admittance to the game. 
• Jr. High (Grades 7/8) football players and cheerleaders may enter the game for free if they are wearing their football jersey or cheer uniform. 

Student Seating:

• To make additional space in the stands, the MHS Band will perform from the track. 
• The Flock will move to what was previously the band section, furthest to the left when looking at the home stands. 
• The Junior Flock (Grades 7 and 8) will have space reserved for them in the section furthest to the right when looking at the home stands. Junior High parents are encouraged to sit in this section as well. 
• Elementary students (Grade 6 and under) must sit with an adult.
