Milford Exempted Village Schools is excited to be proudly represented by 33 student musicians at the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) District 14 Honor Band Festival, having earned selection among the top middle school and high school band students from across the region. This year’s festival will bring together students representing 17 high schools and 20 middle schools from both Hamilton and Clermont Counties.
Students were selected through a competitive audition process and will perform in a variety of District 14 Honor Bands, working with distinguished guest conductors during an intensive rehearsal weekend that will conclude with a public concert. Band directors from programs across the city will volunteer their time and talents to instruct sectionals and offer support throughout the weekend, helping create a meaningful and collaborative learning experience for students.
