Milford Schools is looking into an unexpected disruption in access to Varsity Tutors, an online platform that provided students with tutoring and academic support outside the classroom. The service is currently unavailable to Milford families, and the District did not receive advance notice of this change.

Through our initial research, it appears that other districts are experiencing similar disruptions. Recent reporting suggests that Varsity Tutors may have discontinued its school-based services to focus on tutoring purchased directly by families.

We are working to obtain additional information directly from Varsity Tutors to better understand what this means for Milford families and will share updates as we learn more.
