Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, Milford Exempted Village Schools will offer Milford Online Academy, an online learning option for students in grades 9–12.You can find more information regarding Milford Online Academy by clicking here.

All interested students must complete the Intent to Enroll Form. This form allows the Milford Online Academy team to review each student’s interest and determine program fit.

Please note that completion of the Intent to Enroll Form does not guarantee placement in the program. All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the Milford Online Academy team.

Milford Online Academy is also available to students who reside outside of the district. Any student wishing to open enroll in the program should complete the Intent to Enroll Form. The standard open enrollment application is not required for this program, as this form will provide the necessary information for enrollment.

If selected, the full application must be completed, signed by a parent or guardian, and submitted no later than the end of the first quarter, October 15, 2026.

If your student is selected for the program, additional enrollment forms and instructions will be provided via email.
