Milford Eagles Varsity Football Game – Special Event, Parking, Tickets, and Conduct Information

As we gear up for an exciting Milford Eagles Varsity Football season, we want to ensure all our families and fans are well-informed about important updates regarding parking, ticketing, and expectations for conduct at our home games.

Parking and Construction Updates:

While construction on our brand-new Milford Middle School is complete, the surrounding area remains under construction, which will affect parking for Friday’s game and throughout the season. Below are a few important details about parking, ticket purchases, and expectations to ensure a safe and spirited game day.

Parking will be available in front of Milford Middle School and behind the high school. However, spaces are limited, so we encourage families to arrive early and allow extra time to navigate the new traffic patterns around the stadium.

A new lot in front of the Meranda Sports Complex and stadium is currently under construction. While work continues, the lot will be open in its temporary gravel state to provide additional parking. An attendant will be on-site to direct vehicles and assist with parking.

Additional parking will also be available at Trinity United Methodist Church, located just a short walk from the stadium. The church offers parking in its grass lot and operates on a donation basis.

There will be two ticket entrances for your convenience: the main entrance on the side of the Middle School next to the Meranda Sports Complex, and the auxiliary entrance behind the Middle School near the Game Worker/Admin Lot. Please note that the auxiliary entrance is not ADA accessible and will be cashless.

Ticket Information:

Tickets can be purchased in advance online, and we encourage you to secure yours early as we expect high attendance. Presale tickets are available online only for $8.00 until 3 p.m. on Friday. After that time, tickets will be $10.00 for adults and $9.00 for students, or you may pay the same price in cash at the game. Please note that a convenience fee is applied to all online sales.

  • Youth football students (K-5) must purchase a ticket for admission.

  • Middle School (Grades 6-8) football players and cheerleaders can enter the game for free if they wear their football jersey or cheer uniform.

  • No Re-Entry Policy: Please note that there will be a strict no re-entry policy for all attendees. Once you leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.

Supervision Requirements:

Given the construction and the need to ensure safety, we have made adjustments regarding supervision at home Varsity Football games:

  • Elementary and Middle School Students: Students in grades K-8 must be supervised by an adult who is in attendance at the game. Elementary students (Grade 6 and under) must sit with an adult.

  • Junior Flock Section: Middle School parents are encouraged to sit in the designated Jr. Flock section, within line of sight to the Middle Schooler(s) they brought to the game.

  • Behavior Expectations: If a student fails to meet behavior expectations, they may be stopped by a School Administrator or the Miami Township Police Department. An adult must be onsite to address and resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, the supervising adult and all students they brought may be asked to leave the game.

Expectations for Student Behavior:

To maintain a safe and positive environment, we ask that all students and families adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Student Code of Conduct: The Student Code of Conduct remains in effect at all school events, including football games.

  • Seating: Students must have a seat and remain in that seat for the duration of the game, except when going to/from concessions or restrooms.

  • No Loitering: Students may not loiter or run around the stadium, parking lot, or other campus areas.

  • Prohibited Behavior: Anyone caught throwing objects, including gravel or dirt from the construction area, will be immediately ejected from the game and may be prohibited from attending games for the remainder of the school year.
