Milford offers half-day Preschool Monday through Thursday at two elementary schools within the district. Students are assigned to a preschool location based on their home address and elementary attendance area.

• Mulberry Elementary School (5950 Buckwheat Rd, Milford, OH 45150) 

  • Approximate times are 9:00-11:40 a.m. and 1:00-3:40 p.m.  

  • Serves families in the Mulberry, Boyd E. Smith, and McCormick Elementary attendance areas.
    

• Pattison Elementary School (5330 S Milford Rd, Milford, OH 45150)

  • Approximate times are 8:15-10:55 a.m. and 12:15-2:55 p.m.

  • Serves families in the Pattison, Seipelt, and Meadowview Elementary attendance areas.

Tuition for Preschool (Mon-Thurs) is $59/week, which is $2,020.75 for the year, 137 days of preschool. Preschool follows the Milford School District calendar, so this fee is prorated when there is no school on a normal preschool day.

In addition to the standard tuition cost, a one-time $65 non-refundable registration fee, paid by check or money order only, payable to the Milford Board of Education, is required. 

*No preschool tuition is required by law for children who qualify for special education services. There is a yearly $35 supply fee.

To enroll in Milford Preschool for the 2026-20267 school year, children must be 3 years old by the first day of school and potty-trained. 

Priority registration is available for families with children already enrolled in the Milford  Preschool program. This allows families who want continued services for their qualifying child to remain with the District. Priority registration runs from January 5-16, 2026.

All eligible families will receive a link to the priority registration form in the teacher newsletters emailed on December 19, 2025.

The Milford Preschool Lottery ensures fairness in the enrollment process by giving all families an equal opportunity to secure a spot in our program. Enrollment is not first-come, first-served; instead, all completed enrollments will be considered equally.

Families who already have a child enrolled in Milford Preschool should not complete the general Intent to Register form below. Instead, please complete only the Priority Registration form that has been sent directly to you.

Dates:

• Intent to Enroll Opens: January 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.

  • Complete intent to register form linked below:

    • 26-27 Preschool Intent to Register Form (This link will not work until Jan. 5)

• Intent to Enroll Closes: January 31, 2026 at Midnight

• Lottery Held: February 6, 2026

• Families Notified by Email: by February 20, 2026

  • If accepted via lottery, email will contain information on how to complete the enrollment process

• If accepted, parent must complete enrollment by March 30, 2026

*The Intent to Register form does not officially register your child for preschool; it is used solely to help the district plan and conduct the lottery. Registration information will be sent separately.
