PowerHub Communications!
Milford Schools is excited to introduce PowerHub, our preferred communication platform for staff, students, and families. PowerHub is a new two-way messaging system built directly inside PowerSchool, which means families can access everything they need in one secure place. No additional app is required.
PowerHub is currently undergoing a slow roll out district-wide with our extracurricular staff being our initial test users . Some families may already see teachers using PowerHub to post messages or updates. As we continue implementation, features will expand and communication tools will become even easier to use.
What Is PowerHub?
PowerHub is a communication tool inside PowerSchool that allows staff, students, and families to stay connected through secure, monitored messaging. It serves as a single, consistent platform for teacher announcements, class updates, and school information.
PowerHub provides:
A secure two-way messaging system
One location for staff updates, announcements, and classroom communication
Integration with existing PowerSchool accounts
A familiar experience inside the current PowerSchool app
Full district oversight, ensuring communication complies with Senate Bill 29
PowerHub simplifies the number of platforms used across the district and promotes better consistency for families.
How Do Families and Students Access PowerHub?
Families can access PowerHub inside the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you already use the PowerSchool app, PowerHub will appear automatically once the update is enabled.

On a computer, you can access the updated portal through the link on our website
Download the PowerSchool app and use the district code KNHQ.
