Welcome to Milford Exempted Village Schools!

It is an honor to serve as superintendent of a district supported by families, staff and community members who care deeply about their schools. Milford’s strong sense of community is one of its greatest strengths, and I believe our students are most successful when schools and families work together with trust, respect and a shared commitment to their future.

I bring more than 26 years of experience in education, serving in a variety of roles that have shaped my belief that educating children is a shared responsibility. The phrase “it takes a village” is more than a saying. Every educator, family member and community partner plays an important role in helping our students learn, grow and reach their full potential.

My commitment is to lead with honesty, listen to the perspectives of our community and maintain consistent, authentic communication. Together, we will build upon Milford’s many strengths while continuing to create safe, welcoming learning environments where every student feels valued, connected and supported academically, socially, emotionally and physically.
