Milford High School Principal Community Feedback Session

Milford Exempted Village School District has officially begun the process of selecting a new principal for Milford High School for the 2025–2026 school year. We know how important this role is to the success of our schools, and we want to reassure our families, students, and staff that this hiring decision will be made with great care and intention.

To ensure a thoughtful and community-centered process, Milford Schools has partnered with K-12 Business Consulting, Inc. to lead our community engagement efforts and develop a strong candidate profile. One of the most important steps in that process was hearing from you—our students, staff, families, and community members.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent feedback sessions and survey. Whether you joined a focus group or took a few minutes to share your thoughts online, your input helped shape the vision for what Milford High School needs in its next leader.

Some of What We Heard:

  • You want a principal who’s visible, approachable, and engaged—someone who builds strong relationships with students and staff.

  • Open communication and a commitment to student well-being and success are top priorities.

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking leader who understands the values of our community and is ready to help MHS grow in the years ahead.

Milford Schools is committed to finding a leader who embodies the values, culture, and vision of our high school community. Your input matters—thank you for helping shape the future of Milford High School.
