Each week throughout the school year, we’ll feature the student athletes nominated by their coaches as Eastern Cincinnati Conference Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to each award recipient!

Andrew Lau and Aiden Wehrum: Football

Andrew, a junior, was a reliable target in the Milford passing game against West Clermont, finishing with career highs of four catches and 90 receiving yards. He also snagged his second touchdown of the season. Aiden, a sophomore, continues to play at a very high level, accounting for all six of Milford's touchdowns against West Clermont. On the ground, he scored three times, rushing for a career-high 84 yards. Through the air, Aiden was 25-of-40 for a personal-best 374 yards and three more touchdowns. He's thrown or rushed for a combined 21 touchdowns in just four games.

Ellie Fight: Girls Golf

Ellie played in the Sectionals this week at Waldon Ponds and qualified for Districts, shooting an 82. Ellie was the match medalist in both of our matches against West Clermont and Seton, shooting a 40 and 39 respectively.

Lauren Johnson: Girls Cross Country

Lauren had a great race on Saturday in Louisville at the Trinity/Valkyrie Invitational. The senior helped the team to a fourth-place finish in a field boasting many of the best runners in the Midwest.

Phineas List: Boys Cross Country

Phineas stepped up big at the Trinity Valkyrie Invitational, running a lifetime PR and helping the Eagles to a top-8 finish in one of the most competitive races in the Midwest. His hard work and commitment to the team have been huge this season.
