Masyn Rockey and Kensley Carnes: Girl's Soccer
In Masyn’s first full varsity game, the freshman scored two goals against Kings, including the game-winner. Kensley, a sophomore, has consistently created offensive chances in each of our games. Whether it’s assisting, scoring, or initiating offensive attacks, she always seems to be involved in our offensive success.
Elle Campbell: Girl's Cross Country
Elle battled the best Indiana had to offer on Saturday at the Rick Weinheimer Classic and came out on top. She ran a smart race and pulled away from the field over the final 800 meters for a decisive victory.
Grace Miracle: Girl's Volleyball
Grace had heart in our match against Kings. She was fired up and locked into the game. On Thursday, we played Turpin. Grace’s hitting percentage was a .286%. She was a team player this week and is looking to get better every day.
Henry Newman: Boy's Cross Country
Henry showed his grit and determination, running a great race at the Rick Weinheimer Classic in Columbus, Indiana. Coming off an illness, Henry ran 15:52 and took 12th place in a stacked field of some of the best teams in the region. Henry's hard work and toughness have him primed for a great senior season!
Jack Patterson: Boy's Soccer
Jack, senior co-captain, is always a leading presence on the field. His level of play in the backfield solidifies our defense and is one of the main reasons we don’t give up many goals. Jack scored a crucial goal for us in our win over league rival Kings on Thursday night.
Milford Football Trio
Against a tough Winton Woods team, the trio of Joey Dahmer, Aiden Wehrum, and Beck Williams all had outstanding individual performances. Joey, a senior wide receiver, became the first ECC receiver this season and the first at Milford since 2024 to record 100+ receiving yards in consecutive games. Against the Warriors, he hauled in six passes for 120 yards and a touchdown, while adding a pair of kick returns for 53 yards. Aiden, a sophomore quarterback, turned in his second straight impressive performance, tossing four touchdown passes to give him nine in the last two games. Against Winton Woods, he was 14-of-26 passing for 243 yards. Beck, a junior defensive back, recorded his second interception in as many weeks, returning it 28 yards. He ranks second in the ECC in interceptions.
