GAME REWIND
Winton Woods’ pressure defense wore down Milford late and forced 27 turnovers for the game as the Warriors earned a hard fought 44-37 win in a battle of future Eastern Cincinnati Conference foes. The Eagles led for a good chunk of the night as both teams battled hard to score against equally stingy defensive efforts. But in the end, Winton Woods shot 73 percent from the floor in the fourth quarter and forced 11 turnovers to seal the win. Milford took its final lead on two A.J. Dickerson free throws with 2:40 left, but the Warriors closed the game on an 11-2 run.

GAME REWIND
Milford nearly overcame a 16-point halftime deficit, but a potential game-tying three-pointer at the buzzer rattled out as Shroder came away with a 52-49 non-conference win. The Eagles were limited to just 4 of 19 shooting in the first half as they trailed 27-16 at the break. But after the half, the Eagles scored 33 points before coming up just short. Down the stretch, back-to-back buckets by Caleb Farrell brought Milford within a point, but the Eagles were forced to foul and Dartanio Battle made both from the stripe. In the waning seconds, Farrell’s lay-up was blocked and a three to tie by Steven Huxell came up short.
