The 2023 Milford girls lacrosse squad recently completed its season and based on their play this season, four members of the team have been honored with postseason accolades.

Here’s a look at the recipients awards and their season highlights.

Senior Emma Schaefer
• ECC Defensive Player of the Year
• 1st team All-ECC
• A three-time All-ECC selection, including two straight first team honors
• Set a school record for career saves with 468
• Was first among ECC players with 170 saves this spring

Senior Zara Brown
• 2nd team All-ECC
• Honorable mention all-region
• Tabbed all-conference for second straight year after garnering first team last year
• Finished second in the league with 36 assists
• Was also in the top-20 in goals scored with 23
• Extended own school record for career assists to 91
• Committed to continue career next season at Transylvania University

Senior Campbell Robinson
• Honorable mention all-region
• In first season of high school lacrosse, led Eagles and ranked 17th in the league with 26 goals scored
• Despite playing just one season, ranks 10th in school history in career goals
• Signed NLI to play volleyball next fall at University at Albany

Sophomore Hadley Robinson
• Honorable mention All-ECC
• A stellar defender, ranked 10th in the ECC with 21 caused trunovers
• Also tied for second on the team, scooping 27 groundballs
