Girls Golf Concludes Season With 8th Place Finish At Sectionals

The 2017 season came to a close for the Milford High School girls golf team after the Eagles placed eighth in an 18-team field at the OHSAA Sectional Tournament on Monday at Walden Ponds Golf Course.

The Eagles were led on the day by sophomore Megan Loux who tied for 20th overall with a score of 89. Her total was just one shot better than that of junior Bre Severns who tied for 24th. Senior Casey Broxterman and juniors Megan LaFrance and Angel Oliveros all shot identical scores of 99 to tie for 37th in the 88-player field.
