Milford's brandmark

We are excited to announce the new brand for Milford Schools. This process took several months beginning with a community survey and included work sessions with a design team composed of staff and community members. Our new brand was officially adopted by the Milford Board of Education last night.

This brandmark is just one element of several versions that will be released in the upcoming weeks. The district will have a variety of options featuring:

  •       The M and Eagle combination
  •       The Milford M by itself
  •       A full Eagle
  •       Eagle wings
  •       The Eagle with Milford Schools in print
  •       Building, team, and club names

Our new branding guide will have detailed design and color specifications and will be made available to our staff, vendors, parents, and community groups to ensure we build Eagle pride and present a consistent, unified look.

With our release of this new brand, we will continue to be fiscally conservative and phase in within the natural replacement cycle of our uniforms, turf, etc. Any new orders of letterhead, business cards, and spirit wear will feature this new brand.

Milford is unique in that our students are Eagles from the time they enter preschool through high school. We are excited that we now have an official Eagle for all grade levels.

The brandmark is pictured with brief explanations of the key design elements. The district is working with Fil Anastasio and Amy Cattrell of SHP Leading Design to complete this process. To learn more, click on the link below.
