Milford Preschool Registration for 2022-23 Opens Jan. 3, 2022

Milford Preschool will be accepting new student registration applications by appointment for the upcoming school year on the following dates/times:

  • Tuesday, January 25,  4 – 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 3,  4 - 7 p.m.    
  • Friday, February 4,  9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Registration will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; please call Janet Short to schedule at (513) 728-7400. Registration appointments will be in 10-minute increments. Should you arrive early, please wait in your car until the time of your appointment. Due to COVID, we ask that only one parent be present for registration. Please do not bring children.

AFTER MAKING A REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT, you will complete the online Registration Packet using FinalForms and upload all necessary documents for registration. FinalForms will need to be completed BEFORE your registration appointment. See below for directions on accessing FinalForms and what documents are required. 

The registration and all required documentation must be completed/downloaded on Final Forms before your registration appointment. To complete the registration application, you will need to bring a $65 registration fee (payable by check or money order payable to Milford Preschool) with you to your registration appointment. We cannot accept debit/credit cards for the registration fee.

Due to limited availability, Preschool/Extended Day services are first-come, first-serve.  Making an appointment to register and complete Final Forms does not guarantee there will be spots available; however, should classes be full, we will offer to put you on a waitlist for the program.  We cannot hold spots if any of the required documentation is incorrect or not completed on Final Forms at the time of your registration appointment.  Should this occur, you will need to make another appointment to register your child.

All-Day Kindergarten Registration for 2022-23 Opens Jan. 10th and closes February 18, 2022

To be eligible for Kindergarten during the 2022-23 school year, your child must be five years old on or before Sept. 30, 2022. Milford EVSD offers both half-day and all-day Kindergarten. Half-day Kindergarten is tuition-free for all Milford EVSD residents. All-day Kindergarten is tuition-based. A lottery is held during February to place students in the all-day option. Only those students whose registration is complete will be considered for the lottery.  

The tuition for all-day Kindergarten is $3,150 made in monthly payments of $350. Payments are due the first Monday of each month from September 2022 through May 2023. There are a limited number of tuition scholarships available to those who apply and qualify. To apply, contact Central Registration 513.576.4178.  If all available scholarships have been assigned, qualifying families have the option of paying full tuition.

Half-Day Kindergarten Registration for 2022-23 Opens Jan. 24, 2022

To be eligible for Kindergarten during the 2022-23 school year, your child must be five years old on or before September 30, 2022. Half-Day Kindergarten is tuition-free.

Registration Process

Registration is a two-step process handled through our Central Registration Department.

The first step in the registration process is to complete FinalForms for each student that
is being enrolled. You can do this by going to the FinalForms Link.  You will start by creating a parent account. You will then sign into that account and select ADD NEW STUDENT to create your student's account. The forms will populate in a list shown in red. Click on each tab, answer all questions completely, "sign" each form by scrolling to the bottom of the form, typing your name, and clicking the submit button. Each form will turn green when it is complete. (For students in grades 7-12, there will be forms that turn yellow after the parent has signed. Those forms require the student's signature. They cannot be completed until the student receives a Milford Email Address which will not occur until they are completely registered.) If you are registering a returning student who was previously withdrawn from the district, contact 513-831-1314. 

The second step is to scan/take a photo of the following documents and upload directly into the student's Final Forms account or email the documents as attachments to enroll@milfordschools.org. (Please note that you are required to provide all of the documents listed below).   

·         Color scan/Photo of the original birth certificate

·         Color scan/Photo of parent driver's license

·         Court/Custody Document, when applicable (full document, no redactions; filed and stamped).

·         Divorce Decree/Shared Parenting (full document, no redactions; filed and stamped).

·         Proof of residency in one of the following forms: Water or electric bill (active and current, dated within the last 60 days), current lease agreement, mortgage account statement (dated within the previous 60 days), property tax bill, tax statement from the Clermont County Auditor website, purchase contract on a house that will close within the next 60 days along with a notarized document stating that you will be building in the district within the next 90 days.   

Please Note: If you live with a Milford resident and cannot provide one of the above, you may be considered a residency affidavit. To complete a residency affidavit, the parent/guardian of the student, along with the homeowner/renter, will be required to complete affidavit forms that must be signed in front of a Milford notary. The owner will be required to present proof of residency in one of the forms listed above. Both the owner and parent will be required to show a photo ID.
