Board Committees

The Board of Education has several subcommittees that meet monthly to further study topics and make recommendations in several areas critical to the operations of the district. Each committee is composed of two Board members as well as district administrative staff. Committee meetings are open to the public. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. If you are interested in attending one of our Board subcommittee meetings, please call the Board Office for the meeting schedule at (513) 576-1314.

Committee Meeting Dates

  • Buildings and Grounds Committee: This committee meets on the Friday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 10 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for September 10 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Communication Committee: This committee meets the last Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for September 29 at 1:00 p.m.
  • Curriculum & Instruction Committee: This committee meets the second Wednesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for September 8 at 2:00 p.m.
  • Finance Committee: The committee meets on the Friday before the scheduled Board Meeting at 9 a.m. The next meeting is scheduled for September 10 at 9:00 a.m.
  • Fine Arts, Athletics, and Extracurricular Committee: This committee will meet in February, June, September, and December. 
  • Personnel Committee: The committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. (with the exception of April and November) The next meeting is scheduled for September 8 at 3:00 p.m.
  • Policy Committee: This committee will meet in March, June, September, and December. 

All Committee Meetings are held at the Milford Administrative Offices, 1099 State Route 131, Milford, Ohio 45150.
