About Our District

Located in the northeast suburbs of Cincinnati, Milford Exempted Village School District serves approximately 6,600 students. The district has nine school buildings—a preschool, six neighborhood elementary schools, Milford Junior High School, and Milford High School.

Milford’s academic and extracurricular programs provide opportunities for all children to reach their full potential. Our students continue to perform at a high level. 

In 2017-18, Milford High School earned a silver medal from U.S. News and World Report in their annual Best High School rankings. Milford placed in the top 4% of the state and ranked in the top 10 of Cincinnati area high schools.

Boyd E. Smith and Charles L. Seipelt Elementary Schools named National Blue Ribbon Schools

Boyd E. Smith Elementary School was named a National Blue Ribbon School in 2019. After being named a School of Promise in 2013, Charles L. Seipelt Elementary was selected as a National Blue Ribbon School in 2014 for outstanding academic achievement.
