FEA Students Earn Top Honors at Nationals

Milford students in the Teaching Professions class participated in the National Future Educators Association National (FEA) Conference held April 10-12, in Minneapolis, Minnesota and took the nation by storm, earning top honors in several contests.

Board Selects Route 131 Property for New Elementary

After months of study, the Milford Board of Education came to the conclusion that the district-owned property on Route 131 is the best site for the new Seipelt Elementary School.

Sports Physicals to be held at MHS on May 14

The Future of Milford Main Discussed at Community Forum

Milford Schools held a community forum on future options for Milford Main on Tuesday, March 4 at Pattison Elementary. Approximately two dozen community members as well as members of the Business Advisory Council, district administration, and the Milford Board of Education discussed the financial viability, potential community use ideas, and historic preservation of Milford Main.

Board Votes to Eliminate Early Release Days for Instruction Time

The Milford Board of Education held a special Board meeting on Thursday, January 30, to discuss the addition of instructional time due to the harsh winter. The Board approved the elimination of early release days for the rest of the school year. The following days will now become full school days: February 7, March 21, April 11, and May 9.
