Treasurer/Finance
The Treasurer's Office oversees all of the financial operations of the district, including payroll for more than 800 employees. The Treasurer serves as the Chief Financial Officer and reports directly to the Board of Education. |

Human Resources/Employment
The office of Human Resources is responsible for the hiring of staff. The district employs more than 800 people to fill positions including faculty, support staff, and administration. |

Technology Services
This department is responsible for the operational and instructional technology used in the district. |

Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment
This department is responsible for the management and development of PreK-12 curriculum, the selection and purchasing of textbooks and educational materials, staff development, revision of course of study, instructional support, testing and assessments, student achievement, and other curriculum related agendas.

Transportation
This department manages the fleet of buses used for the transportation of students who live in the district and attend public, private and parochial schools. With the passage of the levy in November 2008, the district restored busing on January 5, 2009. The district is again able to provide busing to students in grades K-12. |

Operations Manager
The Milford School District added the position of Operations Manager in November 2009.
The office of the Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of all of the schools and facilities in the Milford School District. |

District Nurse
The District Nurse coordinates all health-related information for students and staff. The district has a registered nurse at each school serving the needs of students. |

Coordinator of Social Services / Central Registration
This department is responsible for investigating and managing truancy cases with the Clermont County courts; investigating residency violations; coordinating home instruction tutoring; and assessing students that may be Limited English Proficient (LEP) students.

Gifted Services
The Milford Exempted Village School District is dedicated to educating all students by providing a stimulating educational environment. To accomplish this goal, programs that address the current educational needs of our students must be continually refined. Through the Gifted Services Program, challenging curriculum and instruction are designed to meet the needs of those who have been identified gifted according to the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. Program criteria are based on student skills and abilities so that individual needs are effectively addressed.

Nutrition Services
This department is responsible for providing nutritious meals to thousands of students. The program is an enterprise account which means it is self-supporting. The director follows state and federal guidelines related to portion sizes and nutrition.

Special Education
Milford's Special Education program is committed to helping students who require additional support. The district follows the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process to deliver a quality program that meets the needs of each individual student. |
