The community supported a bond issue on the November 2007 ballot. The bond issue generates revenue to pay for additions and renovations at Milford High School. Architectural designs and planning began after the community voted yes for the bond issue. This section of the district website provides updates on progress and includes design plans, architectural renderings and updated pictures.

Athletic Fields:
The practice fields topsoil placement and fine grading, infields, rock hounding, and seeding was completed in August. Backstops and fencing was completed in October.
The player benches, winter erosion repairs, overseeding, fertilization, lawn mowing and maintenance has restarted in March 2010
The varsity fields topsoil placement and fine grading is complete; the irrigation system is complete; rock hounding and seeding is complete on the fields; irrigation system has been tested and operated in October; Owner training was conducted in October. Backstops, Fencing, Dugouts, Ticket booth, and Concessions/Restroom Building structures were completed in November.
Paving of the access paths and base course on the tennis courts was completed in November; Soccer Stadium Upgrade was completed in August.
The player benches, bat racks, dugouts shelves, winter erosion repairs, overseeding, fertilization, lawn mowing and maintenance, tennis court surface asphalt course and liquid applied surface systems, tennis court painting, tennis court equipment and nets and 10’ perimeter fencing, restroom / concessions building equipment, fixtures, lighting, ceilings, doors, kitchen equipment,
multipurpose fields topsoil completion and seeding, and the final construction of the detention basin (topsoil, seeding, erosion control matting) has restarted in March 2010
